Dangerous Rescue (Book two in the Dangerous Series) sold earlier today to New Concepts Publishing. Such a nice bland announcement. My stomach is still fluttering.
When I started writing it was with the dream of writing dangerously sexy and thrilling stories, which were part of a series. Naturally, I wanted each story to stand alone. But, I also wanted to deepen the characterization and enrich the story world a little more with each release.
The Dangerous books have a very special place in my heart and I’m thrilled they’ve found a publisher and an audience.
PS
Dangerous Surrender is available now as an e-book or in print

When both Hunter and Tru bond with Amber their mating triangle threatens everything they hold dear.
Determined to help rescue the princess, Cassandra agrees to act as the dragons’ sex slave, but can she guard her heart from the dominant males?
Camille, a plump, sweet-natured breeder, is caught in New Eden’s endless war with Baldor. Her mates, Jaxon and Aegis, need cunning and courage to rescue her. They need a miracle to capture her heart.
Werewolf-whisper Daniel is the only one who can heal Scarlet’s broken werewolf connection. If he succeeds then the pack’s needs will eclipse his claim on her heart. But if he fails, they'll both die.
A lonely woman finds passion with a dominant much younger lover, when she tries to leave she learns her new master plays for keeps.
One dangerous warrior woman plus two rogue demon males equals a love to threaten an empire.
Getting paid to watch Eduardo is Desiree’s dream assignment, but when he reaches out to her, crossing the line, everything changes.
Deep in her secret heart, she lusts for a sexy pirate who’d be her master and commander in the bedroom. But, this man may be too dangerous
She finds paradise in the arms of twin brothers, but their law demands she chose one warrior to mate and one to die.
One woman, two men, three wounded hearts--though already mated their love is still forbidden.

Avery, I so appreciate the thought, but this story contains violence and I know that is not your thing. :(

85,000 words in the bag, Evanne. Four chapters and an epilogue to go :-) And then, after rewrites and a short break, it’s on with the next one — We Are Watching.
Must be mad ;-)

Gary, excellent progress! I meant to type Children of the Resolution,of course. But, the old Moulin Rouge soundtrack got in my way. Thanks for not making me feel like an idiot. I love the premise for We Are Watching. Seems like your work has leapt to the next level. All writers have to be a little mad, doncha think?

Well, yes — madness definitely helps, Evanne! I am looking forward to WAW, though — a lot. It’s a bit of a step back to the genre fiction I always wanted to write but never quite could — but with a very non-genre focus and style. I want to play. See if I can create something fresh and truly unique. I may not succeed, but it’ll be fun trying ;-)

Gary, my current manuscript is a departure from my usual work into the realm of furistic/sci-fi and I’m thoroughly enjoying working on it–perhaps a change is a good thing–reminding one of the joys of writing.
However, my entertainment isn’t the goal. I write to entertain others, and perhaps make them think a little. ;) Hence, further chronicles of into this new sub-genre will hinge on editorial enthusiasm.
