This will sound hokey, but since it is Valentines Day I figure you handle some mushy stuff.
So, here are six things that say I love you–
1) Listening, really actively listening to you friend, your lover, your child, or whoever is important in your life
2) Touching, hugs, a handshake, a pat on the shoulder–love comes in lots of flavors don’t miss out on any of them
3) Talking, open your heart tell them why they’re special to you
4) Take care of yourself, get enough sleep, eat your veggies, drink water, exercise, clean and baby your body–you’re worth it.
5) Learn something new, taste something different, try something you’ve never done–go ahead what are you waiting for?
6) Love, reach out be the first to say it, love unconditionally, love unwisely, love yourself, and love well
